Riau Book - Nurdin Subandi as Chairman of the Financial Services Authority (FSA) Riau at the Annual Meeting of the Financial Services Industry Performers 2016 in Pekanbaru reveals the importance of development direction of financial national industry in the next few years.

"We've completed the preparation of the Master Plan 2015-2019 in Indonesia's financial services sector as the direction of development of the national financial industry," said Nurdin Subandi, Wednesday (24/2).

Furthermore Nurdin Subandi, there are three important pillars to put the role of the Financial Services Sector (SJK) in addressing the needs of economic development and become a platform for strengthening the financial services sector in the future.

Three important pillars according to Nurdin Subandi is the role of the financial services sector will be optimized to support the acceleration of national economic growth, financial stability must be maintained as the foundation for a sustainable economy, and the role of the financial services sector will be directed to encourage the independence of society financial and to support efforts to increase equity in economic development.

The rapid development of financial sector is considered by FSA need the increasing supervisory capacity, because of that FSA invited Indonesia young generation, men and women, could be with the FSA oversee the development of the financial sector.

"In the next three years we will require an adequate number of inspectors to perform supervisory duties well, in both aspects of prudential supervision and aspects of market conduct. At the time we will invite the best young generation of Indonesia to join us," said Nurdin Subandi.
